Along with all Canadians, we at Touchstone Resort have been closely watching the development of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) situation. We are proud of our team’s efforts to keep our guests, owners and staff safe in light of evolving advice on limiting the spread of the virus.
However, given the newest guidance from our public health authorities we have decided to temporarily close Touchstone.
Our temporary closure will begin March 17, 2020. For now, we anticipate this closure will continue until April 3, 2020.
We understand the difficulty this closure will cause for our guests and owners, but we have been bolstered by the understanding and cooperation of the entire Touchstone family.
Our team will do its best to handle rebookings and refunds and we beg your patience as we work diligently to handle those and to eventually get back to normal.
Covid-19 is an unprecedented event and, as such, a challenge to businesses like ours. However, we fully support the measures being asked of us, as we all work to keep our communities safe.
We are treating this situation with an abundance of caution, but also with hope for better days ahead. We hope you and your family stay well and we thank you for your support now and in the future.
